Ibadan boils again as rival thugs clash, Tokyo escapes death

Reports indicate that no fewer than 6 persons were seriously injured in free-for-all fight between the supporters of the past and present leaders of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) in Ibadan.

The displaced NURTW Chairman, Akinsola Oloruntoki aka Tokyo accused his successor, Taofeek Oyerinde(Felele) of attacking him and injuring his boys.

Read his comment:

“I was at the Chief Imam of Ibadan’s residence to honour his invitation with some of my supporters when they attempted to kill me.
“My supporters were attacked while I was being attended to by the Imam in his house at Agbeni area of Ibadan.

Thank God that my supporters were outside when I was inside with the Imam, may be I would have been dead now”

NURTW... Thugs can change look but attitude remains!
