#FactsOnEbola: The Facts versus the Nigerian Merchants of Misinformation – JJ, Omojuwa

This is 2014 but going by the ease of gullibility and Nigeria’s ignorance per capita, this might as well be 1714 in Nigeria. Many reasons account for why we are such a gullible people but two main factors trump everything; our governments’ penchant to leave information gaps and the desperation of most of our religious fathers to be our all in all. It’d be fine if such realities were confined to private matters where people are privately fooled but misinformation has become a macro issue, it has gained commercial strength and as it is today, it has become a matter of life and death. Ebola is here and misinformation could end up killing more people before Ebola does.

Obiano @57: Finally a New Star Rises from the East

"A Special Tribute by James Eze"

It may be difficult to accept but it just might be true that after only 130 days in office, Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra State has given Nigerians a new paradigm in modern leadership. In a country where high performance is more deviation than the norm among leaders, Chief Obiano may have set himself apart as a beacon of hope for his people and proof that Nigeria could be a better place if we had more leaders than politicians.

Ebola Outbreak: Joke of the year... "Bathing with salty warm water shields you from Ebola"

The news, info, prophesy, message or whatever about curing and preventing Ebola when you bath with Water and Salt is a rumour, false and nonsensical.

It's criminal and inhuman to spread such wrong information about a dreadful disease... People are being confused and are panicking.

Don't just spread "messages" without confirming it... You are not helping but killing morals and men.

It's devilish to spread such rumour.

Ebola cannot be contracted by air and cannot be prevented by simply bathing with Hot Water and Salt.

Avoid contact with Ebola Victim or carrier and keep a good hygiene... then you will never be infected.

Have a nice Day!

This is 100% my opinion!
