The Governor of Anambra State, Chief Willie Obiano has
officially opened the ultra modern administrative block for the Anambra State
Association of Town Unions
Gov Obiano also doled out cheques of N1.5m each to all the
communities in the State for palliative works in rural areas.
Recall that Chief Willie Obiano had earlier promised to give
the Presidents-General a befitting office and increase the palliative funds
from N1m to N1.5m.
While giving out the cheques, Gov Obiano charged the PGs to
make effective use of the funds adding that the state government has commenced
repairs on all major roads to ensure smooth yuletide season.
