Umeh's reaction...
“We are grateful to God for his infinite mercy, the judgment was very emphatic that the February 10, 2011 convention of the party was conducted in consonance with the APGA Constitution, so this has reinforced our belief in the judiciary.
“I will start by giving immense thanks to God Almighty, who despite the force of attacks of my leadership has continued to sustain us, God in his infinite mercy will always uphold the rightly because he is a God of Justice.
“It is regrettable that APGA has been subjected to a lot of senseless leadership crisis over the years. But one thing that has remained constant over the years has been the triumph of my leadership of the party despite the different shades that these attacks take.”
Peter Obi's reaction... After dismissing the claims that he plans to quit APGA, he said:
“a man who believes in nothing and a man who depends on nothing is a man without connection.”
“I believe in APGA and I strongly believe that at certain age in one’s life, he should stand for something and not change belief with any moving tide.”
Kwentoh's reaction... The Anambra State APGA Chairman has this to say:
"the Nigerian Judiciary has proved itself to be the last hope of a common man... the judgment should serve as an eye-opener that a high court judgment will never override a judgment of Appeal Court."
Barbeach's reaction... The Chairman of all APGA LG Chairmen in Anambra State jubilantly said:
"We have come to stay, our structure and its support for Ohamadike and his team is unalloyed and unshakable. The judgement is a huge victory worthy of celebration."
