The running battle between Governor Rochas Okorocha and the Chairman of the South East Council of Traditional Rulers, Eze Cletus Ilomuanya, is far from being over, as the latter has vowed to remain in office as the traditional ruler of his Obinugwu community in spite of his purported dethronement by the governor.
Eze Cletus said:
“one million Rochas Okorochas cannot dethrone me as the traditional ruler of his community.
“My God has placed me on this throne and I have been on it for 18 years and my people have absolute confidence in me. Therefore, no man born of a woman, no matter how highly placed in society, can remove me without the consent and approval of my people who willingly chose me as their traditional ruler”.
It was former governor and Rev Father, now it's Rochas and the Traditional Ruler... lol
