2015: Read why Sen Abaribe wants to be Abia State next Governor

Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe who represents Abia South Senatorial District in the National Assembly said yesterday that Abia State has fundamental problems that require politicians with in-depth knowledge and wealth of experience.

Abaribe who addressed newsmen in Abuja, said having served as the Deputy Governor in the state as well as second-time senator for almost eight years, he was eminently qualified to pilot the affairs of the state come 2015.

He assured that given the opportunity in 2015 he would promote prudent management of resources, ensure better tax system to boost the state Internally Generated Revenue as well as enhance even and rapid development across the state.

He explained that he was coming out to serve the people of the state because of his pedigree, wealth of experience in politics and knowledge of the political terrain in the state and country in general.
