Here comes the boast. Manchester United’s new manager, Louis van
Gaal has insisted that his team win EPL title this season after Sunday’s 3-0
win over Liverpool – but says the team still need to make improvements.
The Red Devils secured a 3-0 win with goals from Wayne
Rooney, Juan Mata and Robin van Persie.
But it was ‘keeper David De Gea who was man of the match with
a number of brilliant saves to ensure his side got the three points after
United was cut open on several occasions.
Here what Van Gaal said:
“Only after the matches against QPR and Hull I have said,
‘OK, we are dominating the game for 90 minutes. We could have dominated this
game for 90 minutes but we didn’t.
“We gave unnecessary balls away in the second half. We have
to improve but we are very pleased because we know what it is to win against Liverpool.
Everybody is happy.
“I think the most important match is always the next match
and we have to see by match.”
