Nicky Hilton flashes her stunning engagement ring on Instagram

Nicky Hilton’s yesterday’s Instagram post certainly puts the “flash” in “#FlashbackFriday!”

The hotel heiress, 30, showcases her stunning engagement ring in a photo she posted of herself next to the Eiffel Tower. The ring appears to be a princess-cut center stone with two diamonds flanking the sides on a gold band.

She captioned the photo simply, ” #engagementmoon in Paris #FlashbackFriday.”

Hilton got engaged to banker James Rothschild in early August in Italy’s Lake Como during the couple’s anniversary trip throughout Europe. Rothschild proposed to Hilton on bended knee while they were on a romantic boat ride.

Rothschild, an England-based banking heir, took a secret trip to the U.S. to ask for Hilton’s parents’ permission to pop the question before proposing.

Hilton and Rothschild have been dating since 2011.

“They are both very happy,” Hilton’s rep tells PEOPLE.
