Seems scammers have been using illegal accounts to dupe and misinform the internet users.

DISCLAIMER
The general public is hereby warned of the activities of a
shadowy character that has recently created fake Facebook account with the name
of the governor of Anambra State, Chief Willie Obiano.
The account in question was recently introduced by this
questionable character as the authentic Facebook account of Governor Obiano to
members of a Facebook group with the intention of giving the impression that
comments from this fraudulent account are made by the governor.
"For the avoidance of doubt, His Excellency, the
governor of Anambra State, Chief Willie Obiano does not operate a Facebook
account. The Facebook page (www.facebook.com/wiwggc)
offers a window into his activities in the Government House."
The general public is therefore advised to disregard any
comments, solicitations and approaches from this account as it is certainly not
operated by Governor Willie Obiano or any of his aides and associates.
